Kapwa is BetterGov Philippines' design system for public digital services, built with VitePress for documentation and Storybook for the component reference. Rooted in the Filipino value of shared selfhood (kapwa), it targets clarity, consistency, and public trust for government portals. Stack includes Tailwind CSS with a structured design-token architecture. Components are browsed via Storybook (separate from the docs site). Entirely open source and specific to the Philippine government digital-service context. Use for: building or extending government-facing Philippine web products that must conform to this official design language.
